This summary explains what CapiVue stores and who can see it. It is provided for transparency and is not legal advice.
What we store
Account details (email, name, optional phone, country, language, time zone and profile photograph) and the financial records you choose to enter for your personal workspace and any business workspaces you create.
Who can see it
Personal records are visible only to your account. Business workspace records are visible to members you invite, according to their role. Your Personal CFO data is never exposed to business workspace members.
AI processing
When you request analysis, a summary of the relevant workspace figures is sent to our AI provider to generate the response. Personal and business context are never combined for a workspace you are not authorised to view.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your records at any time, remove your profile photograph, and request account deletion by contacting us.
